"For the first time in history, the U.S. leveraged finance market, a combination of leveraged loans and high yield (below investment grade) bonds, is over $3 trillion. Leveraged loans have grown almost 130% since the financial crisis, more than twice the rate of gross domestic product which increased 57% in the same time period. High yield bond issuance also grew significantly, over 90%. These levels of leveraged finance growth far surpass the growth of regular corporate bonds and loan issuance."

Sorry the statista link doesn't work (for free)--"The New York Stock Exchange is the largest stock exchange in the world, with an equity market capitalization of just over 25.3 trillion U.S. dollars as of June 2021."

I'm giving gratitude to Mr Pedro for all of his help in securing our loan for our new home here in Fruitland. You were organized & thorough & professional, as well as kind which made all of the difference in our interactions with you. We put our trust in you and you most definitely came through for us. Thank you for your patience as well as treating us as people rather than just home loan customers. You stand above the rest, I want to recommend anyone here looking for loan or investors to contact Mr Pedro and his staff because they are good people with gentle heart,

s&p now a mere 11% from 5,000. upping the chance to 20% of it hitting this year otherwise we wait till 2022.

4500 is now 492 above the final high of 3908.

don't be surprised in 12 months or so to hear chatter of s&p 6,000. that's only a 20% move after we crash through 5,000. s&p has hit a new ath in every month of 2021 as well as new ath in each of the past 13 weeks. epic year with 53 new ath's in just 8 months.

still see no reason to sell (nor do i plan as ive scaled into mostly divy stocks ahead of year end retirement)
