Here we see some typical glue-and-sawdust tenement townhouses going up in the formerly nice neighborhood of Phinney Ridge. These units will likely be priced in excess of $400K per unit. Look at that build quality!
Here's an almost-finished tenement block directly across from the west entrance of the Woodland Park Zoo. The lot is one of the better locations in the city, facing the park and the Zoo on one side, and the Olympics and the Sound off to the west. It's fair to guess that these will be some of the pricier townhouses in the city. The builder at least included some windows in his design for once.
Oh no! We see that even these high-end boxes have a dirty little secret!

Pardon my construction ignorance, but that looks like waferboard. And I guess building houses out of it is bad?
